Usually takes 2 days : day 1 will do all the installation work, Day 2 will do flushing out and cleaning the system and commissioning the boiler and controls.
The power flushing pump is connected to the heating system at the boiler. Guardian 4000 descaler is added into the machine and which flushes the chemicals around the system with the heating turned on so the chemicals react with the heat.
A Proclean filter is fitted on the return line at the boiler and this magnetic filter removes all the iron oxide from the system. The system is then flushed out with new fresh water to leave the system like new again. Guardian 1000 inhibitor is added to the system to protect the pipework and radiators from corrosion.
